Sharon Hall, RN, MPH, ARM

Sharon Hall is a Senior Clinical Risk Consultant at Physicians Insurance. She joined Physicians Insurance in 2019 and has spent her more than 30-year career focused on advancing healthcare risk management.

Prior to joining Physicians Insurance, Sharon spent 15 years as an Account Executive and Vice President of Healthcare Risk Management at insurance broker Parker, Smith, & Feek. Before that, she was Vice President of Risk Management at Washington Casualty Company, where she directed risk-management services for insured healthcare organizations. She holds a multistate nursing license from the state of Nebraska.

Sharon holds a bachelor’s degree in Science with a major in Nursing from the University of Nebraska and a master’s degree in Public Health, Health Policy, and Management from the University of South Florida. She earned an Associate in Risk Management designation from the Insurance Institute of America (now The Institutes) and has held numerous committee and task-force positions at the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM). In 2022, she was recognized with the Greatest Contributor Award from the Washington Healthcare Risk Management Society (WHCRMS), where she has served in multiple roles over the years, including as president.
