The first of these risk-focused webinars takes place in April and is dedicated to the prevention of drug diversion and to the improvement of safety for both patients and staff. We continue to develop additional resources to support our Members in mitigating risk. Below, you’ll read about models of ethics consultation, gain guidance on how to manage an adverse event, and see how to develop a written response to a grievance. And you'll meet Angie Webster, one of our clinical risk consultants, to hear about her approach to supporting Members with their risk objectives.
We remain committed to protecting, supporting, and defending the delivery of care with a wealth of resources–whether that's through webinars with experts, online resources and education, or through in-person support.
