The Annual Meeting of the Members of Physicians Insurance Risk Retention Group, Inc. (formerly known as MedChoice Risk Retention Group, Inc.) will be held telephonically on October 3, 2024 at 8:50 a.m. PST/11:50 a.m. EST. The Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on August 3, 2024, as the record date for the determination of those members entitled to vote at this Meeting.  

The meeting will be held via conference call pursuant to 11A V.S.A. § 7.01. Please call 1-800-201-9352, Conference Code 633699 to join the Annual Member Meeting. Eligible members may attend the Meeting via conference call or submit a proxy. An eligible member may sign a proxy for consideration at the Annual Meeting, by electronically signing the form located at the link below, provided that the proxy is received by us no later than 5:00 p.m. EST on October 2, 2024.

The business before this Meeting will be: 

• Election of directors, and
• any other business that may properly be presented at the Meeting.

Election of Directors: Proposal to elect the following individuals to the Board of Directors for a one-year term:

• William Cotter
